Dr. Kevin Moore and
Dr. Sandra Chan have trained

An experienced Dentist with special education in Sedation, Surgery and
Implantology. I have been involved with implantology since 1982 when as a
student I worked in the research lab for Dr. Philip Boyne at Loma Linda
University. When at Vanderbilt, I continued helping with implant research
for Dr. David Hall. I have been placing and restoring implants since I
graduated in 1986. I have done anesthesia site permitting since it’s
inception in the early 1990’s for the State of California and recently for
the State of Nevada. I was instrumental in formulating the current
guidelines for permitting sites and their practitioners for Nevada. I have
excellent communication skills and am bilingual.
